About Our Office

Initial Consultation

Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. For wisdom teeth, often the surgery can be done the same day as the consultation.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • Your surgical referral slip (if any) and any x-rays if applicable.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking.
  • If you have medical and/or dental insurance, bring your insurance card with you. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.

X-Ray

If your dentist or physician has taken a recent panoramic x-ray, you may request that it be forwarded to our office. If there is not enough time, please pick it up and bring it with you for your appointment. Any additional films can be taken at our facility.

Office and Surgery Appointments

Office visits for consultations and surgery are scheduled  Monday through Thursday 8AM until 4PM.  We reserve 4-5PM for post operative appointments.   Please contact our Patient Coordinator who is ready to assist you to arrange a time for your appointment.

Insurance and Financial Policy

If it is determined you will need surgery, you will meet with the Insurance/Finance Coordinator. She will review your insurance plan with you, and determine what portion, if any, is not payable by your insurance company. At this time, the Insurance/Finance Coordinator will assist you to understand your coverage. Each case can vary in nature and each insurance plan is different.

We will file claims to your insurance company for covered procedures. Verification of insurance coverage and benefit information for services to be rendered is not a guarantee of benefits, but an estimate of what your insurance carrier is expected to pay. Actual benefits cannot be determined until the claim has been filed with your insurance company. Any unpaid balance after your insurance claim has been processed is the patient's responsibility.

As well as cash and personal check, we accept VISA, MASTER CARD and CareCredit. CareCredit is like a credit card for medical and dental expenses. There is no annual fee for this option and there are some interest free plans available. You may apply for CareCredit in this office with the assistance of the Insurance/Finance Coordinator.

Once you meet with the Insurance / Finance Coordinator, you will have a good understanding of the charges and how your insurance will apply to your particular treatment
